If you’re into Greek yogurt, then you’re going to love this! Smooth and flavorful, this smoothie offers a chock-full of nutrients. Add some berries and chia seeds and you’ve got a whole treat filled with protein and fiber! And because chia seeds contain omega-3 fatty acids, it will help manage your stress and reduce inflammation. The berries, on the other hand, are rich in antioxidants to protect you from free radicals. Best of all, this Chia-Berry Belly Blaster will banish your cravings and keep you satiated even hours later!
What you need:
- 1 cup plain unsweetened Greek yogurt
- 1 cup berries (preferably frozen, can be strawberries, blueberries, or açai berries)
- 1 tablespoon vanilla extract
- 1 tablespoon ground chia seeds
- 1/2 cup ice
Instructions:

- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- ½ teaspoon cinnamon
- 1 cup ice cubes
Instructions:

Peanut Butter Chocolate Oat Smoothie
Very similar to our all-time favorite milkshake, this peanut butter chocolate oat smoothie is super rich in protein! The lip-smacking creaminess will leave you asking for more!
What you need:
- 3tablespoons rolled oats
- 2cups Greek yogurt
- 2cups milk
- 1cup ice
- 3tablespoons peanut powder
- 3tablespoons chocolate syrup
- Optional: mini chocolate chips, for topping
Instructions:
- In a blender, blend the rolled oats until they form a fine powder. Add milk, yogurt, and ice. Blend until smooth.
- Add chocolate syrup and peanut powder and blend just until everything is mixed.
- Serve in glasses, topped with mini chocolate chips.
Peach Milkshake
You read it right. It’s milkshake time! This is a weight-loss smoothie that tastes like dessert but is actually a fat burning recipe that fast-tracks metabolism. Cool, right?
What you need:
- 1 cup almond milk
- 1 cup fresh or frozen peaches
- 1/2 cup fresh pineapple juice
- 1/2 frozen banana
- 1 teaspoon coconut oil (the metabolism booster!)
Instructions:
Blend all the ingredients together until smooth. Serve.
Coconut Mango Breakfast Shake
Get into the tropical vibe with this coconut mango shake! It’s exactly like ice cream without the sugar—and vegan to boot! It’s consistency and creamy deliciousness will tickle your taste buds while supporting a healthy diet!
What you need:
- 2 tablespoons chia seeds
- 1 cup coconut or almond milk
- ½ teaspoon vanilla extract
- ½ cup chopped frozen organic mango
- Optional: ½ teaspoon coconut flakes
Instructions:
- Add the milk, chia seeds, and vanilla to a bowl or jar with a lid.
- Close up the jar and shake it well. Or whisk with a fork if you’re using a bowl, and cover it with a plastic wrap.
- Let the seeds to soak in your fridge overnight, but shake the jar or stir the mixture a couple times before going to bed and a couple more times in the morning before you actually make the shake. This allows the seeds to better expand.
- Blend the chia seeds, frozen mango, milk, and coconut flakes (if you choose to use it) together until smooth.
- Serve. You can have this smoothie for breakfast, lunch, or snack!
Strawberry Pistachio Cream Smoothie
Arguably one of the best-tasting nuts in the world (we’re biased!), pistachios are quite powerful fat-burners. Combine that with sodium-free, fat-free, cholesterol-free, low-calorie strawberries and you’re all set for a fat-trimming smoothie! Oh, and did we forget to mention it’s so tasty, you’ll enjoy every sip?
What you need:
½ cup frozen strawberries
¼ cup pistachios
½ avocado, peeled, pitted and quartered
3 ice cubes
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 scoop vanilla plant-based protein powder
Water to blend
